Telma Har is an artist based in Iceland born in 1985. Over the past few years, she has been exploring photography as an art form. She frequently uses herself as a mannequin and creates characters as a means to reconstruct thought processes. She uses wigs and make-up, but also creates costumes and uses found objects in her creations. Telma´s works serve as a platform to interpret her perception of herself and the world she exists in. Each photograph simultaneously extends into the past, reflecting the elements that shape her and what she has learned, while offering a glimpse into the future she is moving towards.
